OUR STORY
It all began with the vision of two Diegos and a beach shack, driven by an unwavering passion for innovation. That experience gave rise to our first restaurant in Lima in 2002. Buenos Aires followed in 2005 and Santiago de Chile in 2008, marking the beginning of a journey that, more than 20 years later, has led us to nine restaurants across Latin America and one in the United States.
In 2025, we expand our horizons to Madrid, with upcoming openings planned for Chicago and Dubai in 2026. We invite you to be part of this culinary journey at Osaka, a space where every dish tells our story.
