It all began with the vision of two Diegos and a beach cabin, driven by an unwavering passion for innovation. That experience gave rise to our first restaurant in Lima in 2002. Buenos Aires followed in 2005 and Santiago de Chile in 2008, marking the beginning of a journey that, over 20 years later, has grown to nine restaurants across Latin America and one in the United States.
